INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR DISCLAIMER

It is the express intention of the parties that the independent contractor be and remain an independent Contractor in his/her relationship with Top Dog Productions, Inc. and nothing contained herein shall be construed to create an Employer-Employee relationship between Top Dog Productions, Inc. and the Independent Contractor.

Independent Contractor agrees to provide the services required hereunder as an Independent Contractor for the purpose of all regulatory laws concerning Employees, including but limited to, social security, workers compensation, and unemployment laws.

Independent Contractor agrees that he/she will be fully responsible for reporting all payments made under this agreement to the applicable local, state and federal governments for income tax purposes. In addition, Independent Contractor agrees that he/she will not be entitled to any fringe benefits available to Employees.

Independent Contractor is not primarily covered by Top Dog Productions, Inc. commercial general liability insurance or its group health and life policies. it is the Independent contractors responsibility to provide such insurance for himself/herself and for others rendering services for such contractor. Independent contractor understands all ramifications of this relationship.
